趨勢 

 

l   健康美容產品零售業者的銷售在2009年因為新的改裝商店能比較有效區隔不同消費者需求且讓消費者輕鬆自在地試用產品而有所成長。

除此之外,經濟不景氣也導致消費者對價格變得比較敏感 及大眾平價品牌的興起。另外, 健康美容產品零售市場提供多種藥妝品牌也引起消費者興趣。

 

 

l   2009年銷售額相較於2008年是成長的,台灣許多美容節目和美妝雜誌介紹各式各樣產品及最新流行資訊都間接地帶動成長。

 

 

l   2009年瘦身類產品是最火紅的商品, 對擁有苗條身材的需求廣大,使得零售銷售額成長4%

 

 

l   2009年整體臉部保養品單價增加, 部分因為進口商品因匯率波動關係。然而 ,價格的延伸性因零售商的訂價策略而受限。價格非常競爭因為生產者專注在維持住價格品感者客群。

 

 

l   臉部清潔產品是2009年唯一負成長的品類。雖然臉部擦拭濕巾清潔產品很方便,但並不經濟,因為大部分消費者仍然使用臉部清潔產品。

因為這類產品不流行,幾個品牌便停止生產比如  SK-II

 

 

l   高單價品牌稱霸台灣臉部保養市場, 佔了 63%的營收。高單價品牌有國際品牌優勢及豐富行消資源。除此之外,專業美容諮詢顧問也為品牌創造業績。

然而,因為大眾平價品牌的流行, 高單價品牌在2009的營收是衰退的。.

 

 

l   美白產品在台灣需求很高因為大部份消費者認為白析皮膚等於漂亮。因此,美白產品佔了所有臉部保養包括面膜,臉部滋潤抗老化等產品營收的50%

 

 

l   粉刺困擾許多青少年和年輕人。嬌生Clean & Clear 是台灣第一個推出抗老產品的品牌且它的平易價格和專業形象很得消費者歡迎,

 也促使其他品牌如 曼秀雷敦(Mentholatum) 和蜜妮(花王)推出類似產品.

 

 

l   藥妝產品持續發燒如雅漾(Avène)然而,這類品牌的促銷活動都很少因為它們相對地高單價只能吸固定一小群消費者。

製造商拼命地打廣告,因此這類產品知名度都蠻高的。舉例來說, 微姿(Vichy)非常積極打廣告,在屈臣式各店設專櫃且派駐專業的諮詢人員。
